    Chapter 1, Turn 7

    New Feature :
    PASSIVE ABILITIES!!!



    Each player may pick a single Passive Ability.

    Passive Abilities are a permanent buff / debuff that lasts forever.
    It may be toggled On or Off at the start of each Chapter.

    To receive a Passive Ability, you must include in the actions PM that you want the ability, and if it's On or Off.
    Ability is not effective this turn, but next.



    Vampire :
    - Gain a Blood Meter, it's at 10/10.
    - When below 5, you gain a debuff that cuts your primary stats by half.
    - When at 5 and above, you gain a buff that doubles a chosen Primary stat.
    - Each Turn it drops by 1, it doesn't drop at the turn you regain blood.
    - When drinking blood, it refills to 10.
    Kleptomaniac :
    - Randomly obtain an item through the quest which you never knew you got.
    - May randomly trigger enemies.
    Ultimate Pacifist :
    - You deal only 1/4 of damage now, and damage you receive is now 2/4.
    Hero :
    - Gain an additional sidequest slot with it being exclusive to Hero.
    - That additional sidequest slot will always have a randomly generated quest.
    Crazy Speedster :
    - Actions cost half the amount.
    - You gain the ability to fast travel to any tiles you've visited on the world.
    - Die in two hits OR die by a single trap, regenerate an additional hit (maximum of two) each chapter.
    Thirst & Hunger :
    - Gain a Thirst and Hunger meter, it's at 10/10.
    - When Thirst is below 5, you gain a Dehydrated debuff that cuts your Health by half.
    - When Hunger is below 5, you gain a Hungry debuff that cuts your Stamina by half.
    - When Thirst is at 5 or above, you double your Health regeneration.
    - When Hunger is at 5 or above, you double your Stamina regeneration.
    Evil :
    - Punishes the player for commiting good acts.
    - Increased rewards the player for commiting evil acts.
    - Easier to get away with crime if no witnesses / suspects, significant danger to getting Wanted otherwise.


    In other news, we received a new player! Never Unlucky.

    A player has managed to get a rowboat and is now sealing the dangerous seas, you freaking maniac.
    Two players has met this turn and they're informed of it too.
    The Sun God has taken notice of the fire and has used his powers to stop it entirely. Louvran Jungle is now safe.
    A player has killed a bunny and left the corpse there.

    The host is a fan of warcraft and the next expansion is out very soon, so the host does 5 days instead of 3 days the next round.





    Edit : Stealth update, host sneaks in an additional 2 days due to having been too busy.
    Let's see how long it'll take to be called out on it.

    Is it normal that I was not informed of what my starting quest was? I chose to let the host decide of my first objective, so I do not know what my first journey is (Quest wasn't detailed in the PM) unlike other players who decided themselves.

    Can the Primary Stat be chosen at will?
    Idea: Limit stat increase changes to only when they drink blood. OR Stat increase is according to the type/quality of blood they drink.

    Definitely should buff this one.

    Balanced, in a host balanced way.

    Crazy Speedster :

    This is OP, and vastly outclasses Passive: Thirst & Hunger.
    Idea: Change the ability to fast travel to "You may move two tiles during movement."

    Kinda weak, and other for story purposes I can't see why anyone would be tempted to take this one.
    Idea: Simply apply this passive to everyone alive. For easier calculations, just tell players at the beginning of each chapter they are at 4/10 hunger.

    - Easier to get away with crime if no witnesses / suspects, significant danger to getting Wanted otherwise.

    I'll change it so it's only humanoid blood they can use. Primary stat should be chosen each chapter.

    I should probably add in that they can't fast travel immediately after a fast travel, so they can get crushed by an army they accidentally jumped into.

    You say it's weak but the selling point is the Regeneration. Host also doesn't want to monitor a health & hunger on every single player, but rather those that decide to have it.
    Should only fill up with normal food.

    I think I'm just undervaluing the health stat. Looking back, I think a lot of these comments were simply from my point of view. After seeing APPA and Calior take different passives, I simply wonder what the heck other people are doing and what passive would suit their needs.

    I had assumed that a trap would kind of ohko. Maybe I was wrong? Probably wrong, but Lyrin needs to get stuff done. She has places to go.

    I just wasn't sold on the regen, maybe someone took this passive
