Then, after being afk for 75% of the day, he comes and says he's going to catch up. Yet, he doesn't spot a single question about the day so far. So he pretended to get involved, but didn't actually.

Nothing overly scummy from him, but he's a lurker who likely won't be replaced. So, could be a good reason to get rid of him, since it's hard to get reads on him.

No point in a symbolic vote when you can just say "I'm going to vote [player] tomorrow" or "I think that [player] is scum"
