Well, there's a girl in place I'm studying and I really like her. I made her gifts and tried to show that I like her. Yesterday she also gave me a gift and asked me if a had a girlfriend. And she suggested herself to be my girlfriend. I was, idk, 7th cloud of happinness or something.
Today she says that yesterday she had just broken up with her last boyfriend and was just (no idea if this word is correct, sorry) rash, thoughtless, and the whole thing about us being together was just a mistake.
Idk if I can but should I still try somehow to fight for her love or am I defeated forever?
