I don't think aberrations are bad. They're cheaper/lower tech tanks so you use them until you get ultralisks, then alternate between the two depending on your finances.

I usually am not a fan of banelings, but you can't really say they're bad units since they are very often used by professional zerg players.

-Valerian + Dominion -> highly doubt he will be a villain (read I, Mengsk, and Flashpoint novels)
-Khala / DT conflit resolved
-UED destroyed in BW

That leaves:
-random tal'darim that they should never have introduced
-Xel'naga forces / Hybrids

I beat most missions with Kerrigan accompanied by a small squad of raptorlings. If they die, i have the reconstitution Zergling to just immediately make them again, rallied on Kerrigan.

Just finished it on Hard; good god that last mission was a bitch.

I actually never used Aberations and Banelings. They just weren't my things.

Raptorlings + the Ling Regen perk, Vile Roaches and Mutas were my all around build
Swarm Hosts for defense with the ... burrowwhatever perk + ground and air attacks was just ridiculous.

Overall, much better than WoL. Already pretty hyped for Legacy of the Void.
I mean shit It's been 13 years; I want to know how it all ends.

mutas that become broodlords and then hydra spam or muta FTW. right now im going back for ahevments so i have to redon the nrom and hards. my internet went out so i didnt get a lot

I prefer twin drones. Automated extractors saves you from having to build 6 (or in some missions 9) drones. Twin drones doubles the amount of drones you get and halves the amount of supply they cost. So after you build 9 drones, which you would've built anyway just for mining, you've already equaled the benefit of automated extractors in terms of drones, because you've gotten 9 free drones, plus your workers don't take up as much of your supply, so you have more for your army.

It's the mission where Kerrigan is fighting off Narud's attack, so I can't use her. If you meant Stukov, I guess it would work. I always found myself running out of time though if I econ. I tried to build up an army so I could take temples, but ended up not having enough units/econ for the last one.
