    Hmm...

I understand the concern. But honestly, I think she just fucked it up. I fucked up my code on the first day too.

    Plus, some facts:

Fact 1: If she's vented, she's still the journalist, just someone else is speaking for her. So we don't lynch her, we try to lynch the ventriloquist.

Fact 2: She wasn't disguised, because then we'd have a cleaned role in the graveyard, which we don't have.

    Ergo, Bonney shouldn't be lynched.

Not sure if this is sarcasm or not, so I'll answer in case it isn't. Text means what people are saying. This post is text. Analyzing posts is key to making arguments in this game.

No. I mean read Sanji's posts. Quote them. Say "in this post he says ____, which is something a pirate/CP9 might say because ____"

I'm not buying your rebel shtick.

To follow up with Basil's analysis, can you confirm that Whitebeard is a rebel, if not he is probably a pirate, but if you are a rebel we can't trust you to answer fully honestly, but if you intend to side with town you should answer fitly.

I can fully answer that Whitebeard is a part of Rebellion. And also, according to Rebel Scout results, Black Leg Sanji is anything but Citizen. Happy?

The counter claim would get bonney lynched (-1 scum. yay!) and give us a confirmed town (yay!) that could be healed/busses to stay alive. Plus, the interviewee would've claimed. I think Urouge put himself in the article to hide the fact that he wrote it. Though I still agree that he is scummy, I think the Bonney FoS is a bit lacking.

I believe Bonney's claim for the following reasons:
    1. Claiming journalist day 1 is only going to be done by a journalist in this setup. Journalist isn't certain to be in the game, so claiming it day 1 without knowing it exists is stupid, because it's one of a few roles that confirm its existence in the game, so if no article appears and you claimed journalist, you're fucked.

    2. No counter claim. If someone else came out and said "I am the one true journalist" we would lynch one of the journalist claimers, and if we ended up lynching the wrong one, we'd lynch the other one next time. But no one has done that. Furthermore, if Urouge didn't write the article, who did? The real article writer could've counter claimed Urouge, which would have probably gotten him lynched yesterday, with Bonney slated for a lynch today.

The interviewee could be dead, but how would CP9 Bonney and Urouge know that they had killed the interviewee? The interviewee is chosen during the day (like jailing), so witch/bussing has no effect on it. They would've had to guess. And maybe if their WIFOM is really good, they could narrow it down, but it would still be a gamble.

I'll admit that she's said some weird things (like the interview alongside the article nonsense) but I attribute that more to her misunderstanding of mechanics than anything else. So until someone else claims journalist, or can prove that she doesn't know who wrote the article, I'll believe her.

I'm also beginning to think all this pressure on her is just a ploy to get her to reveal who wrote her articles. Perhaps a Pirate/CP9 method of choosing who to target for attack.
Just about fucking did claim journalist day 1 but for my own safety I couldn't the very fact bonney is alive is evidence of foul play.

Well, Caribou is back. Again with this shit about Bonney?
Call me silly about this one; but the more we go, the more Zoro gives Caribou Executioner vibes.
Either that; or he is the Journalist himself.
    What a clusterfuck.

Good catch. Caribou probably would've called out the other person if they did that too.
Caribou believes we have a Consort over an Escort.

    Pirate Captain
    First Mate
    Hidden Pirate
    Hidden Pirate

    Possible Roles:
First Mate, Consort, Janitor, Framer, Blackmailer, Disguiser, Pirate

Caribou believes that there are no Janitor; else they probably would've tried to clean. Especially with 5 charges.
A Framer is also rather unlikely. Caribou does believe that they are extremely limited in this game, considering the investigative roles in the game and the number of player. There was, so far, no indication of anyone being Blackmailed.
Disguiser is a possibility and so is Pirate; but Caribou doubts we would have both.

To be honest; it was a simple mistake. Caribou simply associates roleblock as something scummy right now.
Why would an escort block Dracule Mihawk on the first day? He did seem rather pro-town to me.

Zoro doesn't care about lynching bonnie. Zoro will join rebels and get them to 5 so they can shoot bonnie instead.

I am here, and after reading Kidd's claim I am not Citizen, I will say this, he is BS. I am infact a Citizen. And unless he was Witched -which I doubt considering everyone says the PC was- he is lying, scum, or both.

Also nothing happened to me last night.

My opinion on Bonney is lowering, Zoro's journalist claim and the fact he cancelled his vote randomly on Franky giving no reason other than that he is Town confuses me, also not revealing who the person interviewed until late was BS. Yet with a possible Jester in play I am not sure I would be willing to lynch him or Zoro, Zoro claiming he will wait for him to be able to Rebel kill makes me read him as Town slightly better. That, or an Enforcer trying to find a real Rebel for a possible communication with a CP9 after.

Urouge seems scum, even the Journalist CC claims he is, and given the quality of yesterdays article, and his new absence after he was revealed to have written it I believe that he is scum.

    -vote FM Urouge
he is the scummiest person to me at the time.

    Interesting.
We could accuse each other of being all day long.
    Or maybe we're both CP9.
Or maybe we're the same person.
Maybe you Ventriloquist'd Caribou and you are actually talking to yourself.

Caribou think he had one drink too many; Can't do this shit.
He's out for the night; Be back tomorrow if the hammer hasn't passed.

Since it's looking like Urouge will be lynched before I return, I think during day 4 we may want to evaluate some of the lurkers listed in that article, particularly those who didn't post today (such as Gecko).
hopefully nother round of modkills takes care of more cits. and... also pay some special attention to people that continue to say that i'm not journalist, or that i'm vented. people like you make me happy that i'm actually proven to you ^^
