Cryptonic decided to open the day with stating a reveal but wound up stalling then logging off without revealing his.
I'm still waiting for his lead to be revealed.

This all leads me to believe Cryptonic is Executioner.
He opens the day with saying that he has a lead, based on the fact I know he visited no one this means Citizen or Executioner.
I immediately state I have a lead as well, placing the seed of doubt in his mind that I watched him or his target last night and is testing for a slipup.
He tries stalling to see if my lead will interfere with his own 'lead' that would get his target lynched.
Once he realized I wouldn't reveal my lead before him, so he can make sure he can continue on or abandon his plan, he leaves the thread without warning and doesn't post again.

If he were a citizen, he wouldn't have tried stalling so much as he did. He would have revealed his 'lead' and used it to attempt to draw a kill from spree killer and the cultist conversion, effectively knocking out a potentially wasted kill and/or death of a cultist/spree killer (drawing BG to him by his 'lead').

He might come back with the defense " i am citizen, i was trying to see if you had a real lead that would kill off a scum" and whatnot. Don't be fooled by it. It would be an obvious attempt at reinstating possible credibility.
