MFM Gamemaster?

This This This This This Is something that I wonder too. I thought they were different but now yayap quote a rule about FM and MFM and they still shut down S-FMs. Answer this please.

I have read it, and that is why I am so confused. They say you can't play FM and M-MF at the same time. Still they shut down the S-FMs.
