Because this is a game that can be interacted by multiple players, I would have to rewrite everything if something influences the results anyway.

I do it all at once. That ain't no issue. I do however archieve the actions for the next part, so I can simply edit the Notepad.

In addition, players may change their actions. So far, some have changed their actions 5 times in a single Part, would I have to write 5 sepperate files because they can't decide or if they thought of something new?

look around the area in the barracks and outside the barracjs aswell. After a good scout around the inside and near outside area I want to walk up to every solider and ask them questions about a chess bored, and salute any with a rank.
Then speak with anyone outside about a chessboard.

Finnaly I wanna pull out my shot gun rounds and take off the back revealing a small plate behind that place is pellets and gunpowder, I want to pour a small amount id jager into 2 of the rounds and break off half of a Oreo and crumble half of that into each shell before closing up my shells and loading up my shotgun ready to fire.
