    Special Mechanics:

    Role Unconfirmed: Any role can be part of the mafia. There are two mafia

    Pull From the Bag: You can pull once in game to get completely new role but not alignment, this takes place at night in substitute to your night action.

    Pick A Color: You pick a color in sign-ups. This will determine your alignment/role and your place in order of operations. Each night the order of operations changes and your color determines where you stand in the order. [Good Luck Figuring that Out]

    Mega Doctor-[Detective/Doctor]-Slaol submission

    You can visit a player, you will heal that player and his target.
    You can heal yourself, if your target was targeting you.
    You will be only one notified of heal.
    Gang-[Mason/Marshal]-Slaol Submission

    You can recruit a player to join your gang at night, they can join regardless of faction.
    They can choose to decline the invitation.
    If you get up to three living players in the gang, you can call for group lynches of two players per day. This can be done only once.
    You cannot vote for members of gang during lynches.
    You share a night chat with gang members and know their identity.
    Ex-Convict-[Veteran/Miller]-Slaol Submission

    You can go on alert and kill everyone who visits you at night. Excluding any investigation actions.
    You have 1 alert.
    You will show up as mafia to any investigation on you.
    Insane Murderer [Arson/Godfather]

    You can go kill someone at night.
    You are immune to detection.
    Anyone who visits your target will also be doused.
    You can ignite any night after the first night.
    Your targets are informed of being doused.
    You can undouse yourself and all doused by performing no action following night.
    You will be notified who you doused.
    Booty Call [Escort/Bodyguard]-MattZed submission

    You can visit a target at night and roleblock them, this has side effect of also guarding them.
    If your target is attacked you will take out their killer and proceed to die yourself.
    Your roleblock on a player only works once, any subsequent attempts will act as only guarding them.
    Hypnotist [Serial Killer/Witch]-RLVG submission

    Target someone at night to force them into attacking a chosen secondary target.
    You cannot cause self-targets.
    You can make targets attack you.
    Discount Whore [Veteran/Escort]-RLVG submission

    You can offer 2 discounts (alerts) per game.
    This will cause anyone who visits you to be role-blocked for the night.
    Impersonator [Auditor/Amnesiac]-DarknessB submission

    Converts to another player’s role by visiting a player. This player’s role is changed to the former role.
    This will not change alignment.
    You can become any role combo in the game by switching, no limitations.
    This role ability can only be used twice.
    Buffon [Survivor/Jester]-DarknessB submission
    You start with 2 vests.
    You can gain a vest by getting lynched. You will un-lynchable for this one day only.
    Identity Thief-[Thief/Auditor]-MattZed submission

    You can visit a player and take on their abilities for the follow day.
    The player you visit will become an Entitled Citizen. They will remain Entitled Citizen until you die.
    If you die, the Entitled Citizens revert back to their normal role.
    Entitled Citizen-[Mayor/Citizen]

    You can reveal yourself in the day to confirm that you are an Entitled Citizen!
    This does nothing but reveal your role, it doesn’t confirm alignment.[/CENTER]
    Sentry-[Lookout/Electromaniac]-Stealthbomber16 submission
    Visit a player’s house at night to bug them, that will let you know who visited them and who they visited.
    You can only bug players on Odd Nights.
    This will update you every night with who that target is visited by. A player who is bugged will not be seeable by the Sentry though.
    Officer-[Sheriff/Jailor]-Firebringers Original Role

    You can detain a player during the day, this will cause them to be taken to separate night chat during night.
    This will not roleblock the player or remove them from other chats.
    Player has two shot checks where he can learn the players alignment.
    FBI Agent [Sheriff/Electro maniac]

    You check a player at night to see if they are associated with mafia and plant a bomb in their head.
    The target knows they have a bomb in their head.
    If target visits another player with a bomb, they both die.
    Private Investigator [Investigator/Framer]

    You can check a player at night to learn their exact role
    Doing so will make anyone else who checks them show up as mafia.
    Aggressive Surgeon [Doctor/Vigilante]

    You can heal a player at night.
    If they don’t need healing though, you will accidently kill them.
    If you kill two players, you will lose your license and unable to perform medicine.
    You will be only one notified of heal success.
    Inception [Busdriver/Witch]

    You can visit two players at night.
    You will force these two targets to target each other. They will think it was their idea.
    This will not switch their positions. They will not be informed of being manipulated.
    IRS [Lookout/Auditor]

    You visit a player at night to learn who targeted them.
    This will cause everyone who visited the target to become an Entitled Citizen for the next Day/Night. Excluding yourself.
    Inspector [Investigator/Bus Driver]
    You select two targets at night.
    You will learn the roles of the players, but not which one each belongs to.
    Bailiff [Jailor/Coroner]
    You can jail a player to block them from performing a night action.
    You can execute them at night revealing roles which targeted them and who visited them to the baliff.
    You share night chat of the person you jail.
    You cannot jail on days with lynches.
    You have two executes
    Stalker [Bodyguard/Coroner]

    You can visit a player at night to guard them.
    You will be informed of the roles who visited them and were visited by.
    If your target is attacked you will guard them and take their place and kill their killer.
    Incriminating Detective[Detective/Blackmailer]

    You target a player to see who they target last night.
    This will cause target to be blackmailed
    Blackmailed target can post once, and vote and unvote 2 times (voting is not considered part of post unless you include anything else besides vote).
    Family Person [Mason/Lover]
    You can recruit players to join your family!
    if one family member dies, you all die.
    You will share a night chat with your family.
    No recruiting restrictions.
    Limited to 3 players.
    Necromancer [Oracle/Grave Robber]
    Can talk to players in the dead chat
    Will show up in investigations to be a role from the dead chat. This includes alignment.
    Rookie Cop [Detective/Vigilante]

    You have ability to shoot a person at night.
    Unfortunately, your aim is terrible. You will always shoot the person your target is targeting instead.
    You have 2 shots before you are kicked from the force.
    Politician [Mayor/Judge]

    You have ability to call for an anonymous vote in which you have 1 extra vote.
    You will not be revealed.
    You cannot use this ability twice.
    Misguided Cop [Investigator/Executioner]
    You can check players at night to learn their exact role.
    You will have a target that is unknown to you. Your targets role will be completely false.
    Your target is not of your alignment.
    Freemasons [ArmorSmith/Mason]

    You have the ability to make vests, you can invite a player to join your group.
    If they are your alignment, they are given a vest, if not they aren’t.
    Max members is 3.
    If you die, your ally can invite/make vests for others.
    Corrupt Mayor [Mayor/Janitor]

    You have ability to reveal yourself as a Mayor. This will give yourself 1 extra votes.
    You will only have this power for one day. A lynch(s) performed on this day will wipe out the alignment for that player, but not their role card. Last wills are also hidden for the player(s) lynched.




    Win Conditions:
    Town: Eliminate neutral evil and mafia
    Mafia :Eliminate town, one of you needs to survive to win.
    Neutral Evil: Eliminate the town and survive to end.

    Order of Operations:
    Covered in Special Mechanics.


    Rules of Conduct:
    1. No Out of Game Communication
    2. No editing posts
    3. 5 post per day chat minimum
    4. No videos/pictures/links
    5. Font size can't be greater than 5.
    6. Do not use font color Orange, that is mine.
    7. Use green only for asking questions.
    8. No quoting role pm



    Miscellaneous Information:
    • Game starts at Day 1 with a lynch
    • Days last 36 hours, nights last 24 hours.
    • No Death Descriptions given.
    • Suicide is not allowed.
    • Last Wills allowed and encouraged.
    • Death Notes are permitted.
    • Mafia are only ones with factional kill, they can only use this if they do not use their other ability for the night.

    For now, any complaints, can be brought to my desk so that I may throw them away.

    I have to figure out a complex OoO for this now.

    I made so many role combos, I think I missed some good possibilites

    Are successful heals notified? If so, which parties are notified?

    Can Town Gang recruit members from other factions? I'm assuming not, but the role card is vague and that is incredibly overpowered if they recruit a scum. Also, do Gangs share a night chat?

    I assume you meant "roleblock them from their actions" in the Booty Call rolecard. Please revise the rolecard to make it more clear.

    Sentry might be too powerful as a Town investigative role, due to it functioning as both a Detective and a Lookout.

    Are FBI's bombs automatically planted whenever they choose someone to visit?

    Please clarify on Private Investigator. It's part framer, so it would make sense if it meant the person who was checked becomes framed. But the rolecard makes it sound as if whoever targeted the PI's target becomes framed instead.

    Bailiff is overpowered since the information is publicly revealed to the town and therefore irrefutable. Consider making it so that only the Bailiff knows the information.

    Do Family People know each other's identity and share a chat? Are there recruiting restrictions?

    How long does Politician's ability last after use? Are anonymous votes done via PM?

    By "sanitized" in the Corrupt Mayor's rolecard, do you mean role and last will are hidden upon death?

    If you can not clearly explain what the other sides reasoning is you can not disagree with their position because you do not understand it.

    Unlimited, I don’t think it is that strong, this game should be over within 4 days, that could only confirm 4 roles at max.
    If you guys think it’s too op I can give it 2 shot limit.

    They remain Entitled Citizens until the Thief is dead.

    They are not removed from other night chats. They are checked after detainment.

    No.

    No, and they do not automatically have a kill. Unless of course their role gives it to them.
    Do the mafia have a night chat & factional kill?

    Yes, they have both. They cannot perform a factional kill same night as their other role though.

    Only the healer is notified of successful heals, those who are attacked will not be notified of being attacked or healed.
    Can town gang recruit members from other factions?

    Yes, I will correct role card. They do share a night chat.
    Please revise role card to make it more clear

    I am changing sentry to only be allowed to bug players on odd nights. This will still give them updates ever night.

    No only if they actually visit them, if they die before visiting or get role blocked, no bomb is planted.
    Please clarify on Private Investigator
    The target of the PI will show up as scum to anyone else who investigates that same target. For example A and B check C, A is PI so B will see C as Mafia/visiting scum target.

    To be honest, a lot of the roles are overpowered to me. But I'm hoping this will turn out to be like DotA, where everything is so powerful that nothing is overpowered.
