The people that do it online, usually get controlled and bullied in real life, so they come online to pick on other people.

Probably someone who is weak in real life, scared to stand up for himself. About 7 months ago, me and my mate were working to the shop. This guy comes up to us and starts giving us shit, like he was going to smash him. Luckly some big Maori guy came up to him and told him to get fucked. So I just have no tolerance to things like this. Sorry if I went a bit over board.
