Detailed description: Channeler can give a dead person a chance to talk once (or as many times he wishes) more. This is done by sending a PM to the narrator about who poor soul is allowed to make the message. Narrator will then inform the dead person (if Channeler hasn't already) of this opportunity. The dead person's message will be shown as soon as possible, usually when night phase ends. Channeler can also contact any dead person off the forums as he pleases. Contacting a dead mafia player is a bad idea tho, as mafia is still allowed to talk to each other after death. How you might say? Voodoo.

My guess:

1: No - There are already enough roles to confuse investigating

2: Yes - None benign has information more than citizens. Since this role has something to do with information. It is threatening.

3: NO - If it is a information getter, then it can not be stronger than consig in mafia, if talking about association...hard to tell. Intentionally NO.

It's going to be raising a link for dead players to interact with the world of the living, I'd assume. Most likely in being able to control the channeler's day actions and possibly chat (doubt it, sounds like a bitch to code) and use the channeler as a medium to help achieve their win conditions, if they can. In turn, the channeler probably will end up having a very sporadic win condition, most likely resulting in something along the lines of staying alive to the very end and something else that's real crazy.

According to Meriam Webster a channeler is defined as, "a person who conveys thoughts or energy from a source believed to be outside the person's body or conscious mind; specifically : one who speaks for nonphysical beings or spirits."
My guess is that this is a citizen with mod commands and just talks to night chat.
