My cat, my best friend!

This is the cat we've had for about a year, Miles. His last owners had him declawed because they're atypical stupid North Americans, but he's got a loving home now. I let him go outside supervised at least once a week for half an hour (until we get him a leash and harness), so he doesn't have to live indoors his entire life. He compensates for his lack of claws by ambushing us sometimes and biting our leg lol, but he never draws blood.

Here are some pictures of my best friend. First one is of him sitting on my Logitech subwoofer under my computer desk (stealing my footrest). Second one is him lying on his back like he loves to do sometimes. Third one is him in a lazy sleeping position on the stairs, and the fourth one is one of his favorite hiding/playing places, behind a corner shelf/table and vacuum cleaner.

Dogs enjoy physical activity and tussling more than a cat does, but cats have a strong cuteness factor. I'd like a huge golden retriever someday.

Miles enjoys a tennis ball, and sometimes if he's in an energetic mood he'll chase it if I throw it past him. Or sometimes he likes to play chase, he'll just bound down the stairs and I'll start running at him and he'll dash up the stairs. I read that cats sometimes run/chase things for no reason other than they need to release energy.

Yeah his cute round eyes really stir emotions

Yeah his fur coat is very fluffy. Rarely gets knots anymore, but I've learned how to seperate them at the base with fingers, without pulling on the skin. Anywhere he lies down though, he leaves a bed of shed fur lol.

Thankfully, unlike our late previous cat, he never feels the need to mark his territory anywhere in the house.
