It will have rules

No griefing outside of wilderness
Stealing is allowed
Gold nuggets are currency
Orebfuscator will be used to stop Xray bitches

There will be a wilderness, in the wilderness there will be randomly spawned chests with loot. Only way to qualify for loot from chests is to have established house in wilderness. Staff will keep records of who loots the chests and who owns house in wilderness. Houses in wilderness can be griefed, ransacked, you name it.
