    Vote Counter

I've added a work-in-progress vote counter up for counting FM votes. To the left of "Thread Tools" you'll see a Vote Count link, which will count up all the votes in the thread and tally them up, with links for each name that will jump to the post where the vote was made. Votes that are in [vote] tags are counted, just put the name between the tags (example: [vote]oops_ur_dead[/vote]). Votes for yourself will not be tallied. Unvoting is done by posting [unvote][/unvote]. This is what it will look like:
    -vote oops_ur_dead

There are a couple of limitations and rules to this system so far, though:
    1) Exact names must be used. I won't be "fixing" this because it is partially by design, so that grouping votes to count them can work.
    2) It can't tell when days/nights end in M-FMs and S-FMs, so the vote tally for those also counts all the previous days. To remedy this, M-FMs and S-FMs will need to be split up by day, something I'll be allowing from now on
    3) Kind of building on 1), if you vote for a user who doesn't exist, the vote will not be counted. This is by design.

    Some additional features:
    1) Hosts can specify number of votes needed to lynch with the [l][/l] tag, like this: [l]10[/l]. Doing so will show L-whatever counters in the vote count, as well as make the thread automatically close when a player reaches the required vote count.
    2) A host can set who the mayor is, with the vote count automatically reflecting it. Just use the [mayor] tag, as follows: [mayor]1,3[/mayor], where the first number is the userid of the mayor and the second value is the number of votes the mayor gets. For example, in this thread, I've set myself to be the mayor. Just remember to only add the tag AFTER the mayor reveals, because otherwise the mayor will get additional votes before they reveal, and other players will be able to find out who the mayor is by quoting your post.
    3) Type [vote]skip[/vote] to vote to skip the day.
    4) The OP can specify the vote count to reset in a specific post by wrapping any text in the post in [resetcount][/resetcount] tags. This will make the counter only count the votes after that post (or after the last reset post, if the host has reset the count multiple times).
See https://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/showth...unter-Features for a demonstration of some of these features.

    20 votes to hammer.
oops_ur_dead is the mayor with 3 votes.
