    Regarding @PQRnHack

PQRnHack has been permanently banned for repeated private harrassment of other players (from insisting to voice chat to getting overly intimate with people when discomfort was clearly stated). For reasons that seem closely related, he has been toxic off-site and was even banned for similar reasons on other sites; a close investigation was led recently on off-site issues, and it has showed that the issues he has had on SC2 Mafia are ubiquitous when he is playing somewhere. He was being given one last chance, but exchanges with staff clearly show he has no remorse and believes he has always been absolutely justified, and that those who take issue with his behavior are overly fragile. There is thus no reason to believe he will ever change his ways.

Evidence: We will refrain from posting the content here due to its private nature, but FM staff will be keeping the evidence for reference if needed.

Regarding S-FM 341: American Flag Nightless
@Oberon is banned from participating in the next two FM games for severe insults, with the aggravation of one insult post quoting the post in which he was being shot. Additionally, considering his history of various infractions, this is to be considered a final warning. Any further rulebreaking from Oberon will result in his permanent ban from Sc2 Mafia without possibility of appeal.

https://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/showt...l=1#post966332 and subsequent posts, specifically https://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/showt...l=1#post966337 just after he was shot

    ~~

Considering his history of various rulebreakings and his general troll reputation, @theoneceko is being put on the Greylist (link) for an indefinite period for griefing by daykilling Lag in the very first posts of the game without consulting his scum team in any way. He knew the kill was not optimal (see evidence), but did it anyway because he wanted to kill Lag out of anger because of his history with them and because he thought they had banned him from a server. This significantly harmed his team, and it had to try to play around the trolly shot. He also admitted to have trolled and not to care about it.

@BradLand is being warned to respect host rules: quoting your death post, especially to insult and to advise to lynch your killer, shouldn't happen. Further offenses will be infracted.

    https://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/showt...l=1#post966302 and the following post

    ~~

We have examined @Oliver 144's dead-posting and concluded it was an accidental, honest mistake, the "bah" post after death he made quoting him being shot being traditionally allowed on his homesite. To everyone, though, just remember to check whether or not you are alive before posting in a game with daykills!

    Regarding @Light_Yagami

There have recently been issues with Light_Yagami posting racist and antisemitic content, notably in pregame chats. This kind of issue is not recent at all: he had already been warned several times, be it on the forums, the Discord, or the Skwirl server, and he was even fired from Arcade staff due to those issues. His behavior understandably turned some people away from the site. Given that it is clear he has had no intent to change his behavior and still does not have any, Light_Yagami is being permabanned from the site for consistently posting extreme bigoted content with no intent to stop, with a possibility to appeal after 6 months under the condition he consistently underwent significant change in a way that will allow him to be on the forums consistently without breaking the rules.

Evidence: We will refrain from posting the content (which is not public anymore) here due to its nature, but FM staff will be keeping the screenshots for reference if needed.

Spoiler : Reaction clearly showing he has no intent to stop :

    Regarding S-FM 330: All Stars

After an investigation and after talking with @ZZorange , we have concluded that his Vigilante fakeclaim as Citizen was probably not done with malicious intent, although the Host's modkill was justified, given that the fakeclaim was bound to doom both the real Vigilante and ZZOrange himself and that there was reasonable reasons to believe ZZOrange's intent was to gamethrow. ZZ is new to Forum Mafia, and it seems he was confused, on the top of being attacked by other players pretty harshly. Given all of this, no infraction will be given. That being said, should a similar situation arise again, there would be strong suspicions to be had against him; we believe and hope that such a situation won't arise, though.
On another topic, note that trying to circumvent the rules will be punished in the future. Intentionally posting things that have no link whatsoever to the game in order to meet a post quota is not fun for anyone and obviously breaks the spirit of the rule on activity.

We have also looked into the toxicity present at some points into the game, especially the one directed against new players, as there were complaints about it. While no infractions will be given due to the circumstances, to the low severity of toxicity (which didn't severely affect the game and didn't spoil the players' enjoyment in the long run) and to post-game apologies that seem sincere, it's definetly worth mentioning here. If you have issues with how someone is playing/think they're mildly rulebreaking, especially if it's a new player, you can tell them nicely that what they're doing is wrong. If it doesn't work, don't insult them in the thread! Either ignore them if it's not too bad or talk to the host about it. This allows the game to keep being enjoyable for everyone without sowing toxicity around. Remember new players often are a bit lost; insulting them isn't the way to go. It's bad for your game experience, for theirs, and for the community in general, which is going to lose players. Also, it seems everyone came to that conclusion by themselves during the game or after it ended, before moderation had to say anything, which is great, by the way.

    Regarding S-FM 320: ?krc

@Bruno (@S-FM BFTW) has been banned for a month during the game (18 days ago) for posting several inflammatory threads on his main account about his then-recent modkill while the host had not yet decided what to do with his slot. This breaks several rules: no out of game communication, no intentional posting from your main account during an anonymous game, no personal attacks. Despite Bruno's very long history of infractions, some leniency has been applied, because the host appealed to leniency after having a civil conversation with Bruno; he had mistakenly thought Bruno was guilty of cheating by OGCing with another player. While this does not excuse the major and intentional intentional rulebreak, we understand being wrongly accused isn't fun, so no additional punishment will be given.
Host appealing for leniency and rescinding his cheating-by-OGC accusations: https://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/showt...l=1#post912459

On another note, let it be known that further serious FM-related offenses (severe personal attacks, intentional OGC, etc.) from Bruno will result in a permanent game ban. We hope we won't need to get there (and in theory, we shouldn't need to), but after seeing multiple people reasonably take issue with his behavior in multiple games, seeing how he intentionally broke the rules even after S-FM 313: Mushroom Kingdom II (see the verdict related to that game), and considering his infraction history, this seems only appropriate to prevent repeated rulebreaking that would be detrimental to games.

    ~~

We'd also like to reminder to all players that games are meant to be fun. Before posting something toxic, think about this. Toxicity doesn't make things fun for anyone, and can only hurt the game and its players, not help. This is not an attack, nor is it targeted at anyone. It's normal to get a bit more heated and to have less fun in games with a bad climate. That's why we should all try to defuse such situations during games, and obviously avoid causing them. If everyone played nice, infractions would be extremely rare, and that's what we want.

Regarding S-FM 313: Mushroom Kingdom II

@Bruno is getting an infraction, worth 5 points, for severely and repeatedly insulting other players, specifically in the early stages of the game. Note that any further offenses of that magnitude will likely result in a much harsher punishment (lenghty and possibly permanent ban) taking into account how unacceptable his actions were, as well as the member's history; no game ban was given due to the fact that Bruno apologized by himself in the middle of the game to both the players and the host, and stopped being toxic afterwards; given the circumstances, FM staff deems the apologies to be sincere and is giving Bruno a chance to abide to the rules from now on.
Note that due to other active infractions, the infraction has caused Bruno to be automatically banned (temporarily) by the forum's system.

    Regarding S-FM 308: Mallow's Anti-Vaxxing Crusade

@Zedus is getting a 5 points infraction, expiring in 1 month, for repeated personal attacks that did not stop even after being asked to stop by several players and after the host reminded everyone to remain civil. We hope he understands personal attacks do not have their place here, and hope that we do not have to reinfract him for it, which would result in a temporary ban.

    Evidence: His ISO: https://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/misc....posted&t=47365

    Example: https://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/showt...480#post886480
Calling Mike dumb (this is repeated several times throughout D1, the only day on which Zedus was alive; see the ISO for more examples).

    ~~

@Mike is being warned for personal attacks; further offenses will likely result in bans. Although we understand that Zedus had attacked him several times before Mike started insulting him, personal insults of that magnitude are not ok; if you have issues with a rulebreaking behavior, report it after the game, don't reproduce it yourself; the reasoning here: https://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/showt...786#post886786 is not correct.

    Evidence: His ISO: https://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/misc....posted&t=47365
