The crutch of their age being on the right side of the law is pretty weak. I feel as though this line of thought is detached from reality and I really question if whoever speaks from this pov even understands the mental capacity difference between a 16 yr old and 24+ yr old.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ecchi
Ecchi (エッチ, etchi, pronounced [et.tɕi]) is an often used slang term in the Japanese language for playfully sexual actions. As an adjective, it is used with the meaning of "sexy", "dirty" or "naughty"; as a verb, ecchi suru (エッチする or Hする) means “to have sex” or, as a noun, to describe someone of lascivious behavior.
In regards to OP mentioning panty shots can be more or less ecchi
Just adding this here so it's not taken too much out of context that series were in a link list to not retract from the original purpose.
But yes, ecchi is on a more naughty side.
(As some of those shows were obviously intended for a certain type of audience)
These last few posts,
Apo was talking about this picture. First picture first link:
Everyone else is talking about the other pictures:

Here I thought it was supposed to be a Discussion thread. That Series Discussions subforum must have thrown me off. My bad, glad you informed me of Apo's true intentions. God forgive we would take HIS word on what his intentions are.
Still though, doesn't mean you should go out of your way to go against the subforum rules as hard as you can. The one and only subforum that's supposed to have some integrity. (Apart from Report and Appeal subforums I guess)

Is it really necessary for you to post illustrated pictures of underage girls and their panties? "Teenaged girls are still depicted as wearing white hipster briefs" absolutely underage fucking porn.
The first picture is also porn. I don't see why you insist on posting it.
Ok lemme give a general rule of thumb: if you post some shit that a bunch of people consider to be porn, or pedophilia, and you feel the need to try to defend that it isn't porn or pedophilia, then the problem isn't that other people don't understand the topic, it's actually that your own judgment of whether something is porn or pedophilia is fucked.
I don't see how this is so hard to understand. You won't convince people to think that panty shots of underage girls isn't sexual and weird, at best you'll get fucking weirdos to come out of the woodwork and agree with you.
And you especially aren't going to convince people that you're ok with fucking a 16 year old girl when you're in your mid 20s. No matter how many facts and logic you pull out you're still gonna have to pay the dentist to put all your teeth back in your face.

???
Shame that some people have been brainwashed by selfish buissnessfolk and find issues with natural bodies. Let's put pressure onto society to force themselves to constantly spend money for needless and useless personal hygiene and waste their time with pointless rituals and weigh onto their mental health if they may wish to not such things!
Yeah man. Congratulations on falling into to the pithole of society where normal day to day life is then twisted into sexualising. Turns out it's people that make things sexual, even if they are normal and even take it out of context to throw a blanket over the entire view.
Guess what, it's normal to breastfeed. And it's normal that kids give 0 shits weather or not they accidentally showed under their outwear, or that 1 year old is running around without a nappy and someone saw it through the window.
So, let's ban all the normal shit that happens in real life on media, because there are a tiny minority that are sick and will give themselves a little bit of self abuse.
What effect does that have?
Now you have the vast majority see all this normal natural life shit as wrong and taboo, and now that creates some media that censor the fuck out of it, and others that now twist it into the images that overdo the idea to add to this image that it's all completely wrong.
And now we have you.
Sexualization comes from context. The context of the thread is porn. You posted a picture of tiddies in a porn thread, therefore you sexualized the subject of the picture and no amount of mental gymnastics is gonna change that. Saying NO U when I point out your sexualization of people doesn't magically absolve you of being the one who did it in the first place.
I don't even think it's that big of a deal. That's a grown woman with her tiddies out getting a picture taken. That's A-OK by me. It doesn't belong here though.
This underage panties illustration shit isn't ok. The panties get illustrated in a roughly innocent context, but then some creep takes a still of the image and adds it to his spank bank, then uploads it here. The panties and the porn isn't even the issue. The issue is that the subjects are obviously underage and are described as such in the most recent picture.
Taking pictures of girls in their panties and collecting them together is inherently sexual and doing it with underage subjects, no matter how fictional they may be, is fucked up and should not be socially acceptable.
How did so much shit arise from a thread asking if panty shots were porn lol
Imagine falling into a coma in 1900 and waking up in 2019 and wondering why people are getting triggered by random shit
This thread should honestly just be closed at this point imo
