I'm not going to 'spin' it as anything but a mislynch and if town hammers without hearing my defense, we lose. I'll just note that everyone was confident on Helz being scum in SA and look how that turned out. We have 24 hours so there isn't any reason to force the train on me without considering anything else.

Although I am not too concerned with being quick-hammered with RLVG so eh.

A) I'd rather avoid a retarded quick-hammer on a town as this site is prone to doing. It's no secret that I hate it when players AFK/ don't try when a 'lead' turns up, after all.

B) The game would be dull if nothing else happened today, especially as Sen's game doesn't start until later today.

We only have 400 posts, so I am inclined to showcase everyone's posts and review the important ones/ ask questions. I won't be trying hard with Ash as I've already said my piece on why I find his actions to be scummy. As noted earlier, that is largely mitigated by his choice of hammer.

We have nothing to lose by having the full picture of what everyone has said though.

His choice to quickhammer was on a scum though. Sure he could have hammered for town credit and gotten you mislynched as scum - he could have also just peaced out like most of the game. The action itself of hammering isn't necessarily a scum tell at all the way you make it sound, and is just due to derpy site meta. That's it.

What we need is an agreement among players that hammering before claims are made will result in a policy lynch no matter what across games. That's an issue to discuss another day though

Considering that its kinda MLYLO, I do think shooting the gun today is the best move because 3v2 LYLO is better odds of lynching a scum than 4v2 MLYLO, and if a scum is hit that quickly flips things in our favor.

RLVG has to be on board with lynching day 1 though for it to happen

After the first 24 hours, whoever has the gun should anoumce they have it. Since they should be shooting it day 1 I see mo problem / downside to this.

They also need to announce who they are shooting for the sake of transparency. That way if they aren't revealed, they can't deny using the gun (if they are Mafia)

Then by hour 48 shoot, we use 3 votes to lynch instead of 4

Claiming gun does not mean claiming role, so claiming gun is the very pro town move to do. No downside to it.

We should narrow it down to two people really, have the gun owner shoot one, and then lynch the other.

Me, Calix, and RLVG have discussed the person who got the gun claiming they got it, and using it today, since its a 4v2 day and if mafia got the gun they can and the game day 2 whether we lynch today or not as long as they aren't lynched. If a town is shot it'll be 3v2, which LYLO is better than MLYLO.

General consensus is to shoot today by hour 48 at the latest, and lynch in the last 24 hours. We can shoot earlier obviously. RLVG cast an early FOS on Brendan, as did I, for potentially shooting SJ, (I voted and unvoted to avoid a 2 scum quickhammer situation) Brendan brushed my FOS off as being intimidated by a veteran player and addressed RLVGs by saying he should be lynched.

I don't remember Calix stating she's susp of anyone left. RLVG said me and you should die today

Toadette has on several occasions implicitly defended Ash. Considering that they both cannot be scum, this can't be W/W buddying.

However, I can't recall a post where Toadette town-read Ash or gave a reason why he shouldn't be suspected or accused me of picking low-hanging fruit or wondered if he was AFK scum like Mintberry or anything like that. So why would she implicitly defend him that much, going as far as to chainsaw on me, if they aren't allies?

I'm aware that the person Toadette was trying to lynch was scum, but Toadette also has a reputation of bussing and I'd be an idiot to not even consider that option, so that is less of a town tell with her than it is with Ash.

Yes, this is an accusation of white knighting. I can't wrap my head around why anyone would act like that unless they knew Ash was town, because his actions from yesterday cannot be read in that way.
