Round 1, Part 10

Part 10 has five scripted events which some players may be involved in.
Next part won't be 11, but instead Round 2 Part 1! This means that it transitions from Day to Dawn. Oh noes, it's getting darker!

Special Points will also be regenerated to full at the start of Round 2.

In addition, should a player have aquired Passive abilities, they may enable it (free action) during this round.
Passives do not function until start of the round.
(Passive abilities are dual-edged blades / win-gain things that might be a bit difficult to find)

In other news, I notice that some players are not using the worldmap.

Six hooded men dressed in plain white leather with dual revolvers are holding the Demon Queen and her Monk hostage and are coming to the Barracks right now to ambush and KILL everyone in here!, they've already killed every in the pub, you must kill them! They're right behind me! Don't shoot the Demon Queen or her Monk! It could be war!"

The 6 hooded men are looking for the Ekstracocomulator by the way, just thought you may want to know. I have no idea what it is, but I really want their shit. Maybe they have other stuff on them.

By the way, my monk was facepalming when they charged in. I have no idea what this could mean. Maybe the monk knows them, or maybe he's like "FML, we're getting robbed instead of adventuring." Maybe he knows about the Ekstracocomulator. Basically only one scenario has him knowing the hooded bandits, and considering he's a monk, I doubt that it's that scenario so I'll risk this NPC shootout instead, also because it sounds way more fun.

"The Ekstracocomulator was in my possession before delivering it to Lil'Korna. It's currently in the barracks right now, if you hurry you can still get it before they move it to a safe location. I know Lil' Korna well. If you'd like I can lead you to him and distract him by talking to him first."

Action - lead the 6 hooded men calmly to the barracks. Upon arriving at the barracks, run in yelling "HELP! THESE BANDITS ARE KILLING EVERYONE!" Duck and cover and tell my monk to do the same.

First crazy thing I'll be doing, too. So far I've played it like a "real" RPG while it's more like "do whatever the hell you want in the best way you want" but I didn't have a good opportunity before. Luckily I'll be running into you, the crazy monk that attracts craziness as if it were his sidekick.

Lyrin is a pleasant, mild woman who has been living with humans in a small village for quite a while. Her foster family whilst she was younger consistent of the warmest, perhaps smothering parents, and a younger brother with vivid aspirations. She looked a little bit different than them, but her whole village loved her. Even if the old grandpas bickered with each other in the middle of the street, they would always manage to cough out a "Good morning, miss." She would smile with widows and the children of the village always called her "Mother" even though she was too young to be so.

Walking back from herb collecting one evening, she made out a small dark figure on a hilltop. It was a lithe creature, crouched down, and dressed in dark blue and purple clothing- just as beautiful as the sky on a midsummer day. How did I notice her? She pushed the thought away and waved to the girl(?) as it scampered off. She returned home, dismissing the memory of a stranger in a isolated village. For the next few days, she lived in blissful happiness. She hardly noticed the breeze shifting.

Then the fire nation attacked.

Her village burned. Screams of the elderly, trapped burning wooden houses, brought a smile to a lone male observer from a distance. He snickered. Lyrin drowned out the voices of her townsmen, her neighbors-- even the shrieks of the young children. That was all an old memory now, resurfacing only when she sleeps. Apart from herself, she knew of only one survivor: a pigtailed girl. Where was she now?

That was eleven years ago. Last month she turned twenty-three, still pleasant, and even more mild than before. She was not old by any means, but the years have aged her. Beneath that joyful smile is a understanding and sensibleness. She is currently seeking companions.
