The curve is a strong as fuck on the science subjects. If you're confident you got a 4 or 5, you probably got a 5

Yea, AP Physics 1 test on Wednesday and AP United States History test on Friday.
First year for the new physics test, which is mostly concept based with very little actual math, and the first year for the redesigned APUSH test. The APUSH test now has short answer questions, the MC is based off of stimuli, and the DBQ / Essay are graded based on a concrete rubric instead of the 1-9 scale. Originally Posted by Elixir

This was 10 years ago now,
I took IB Physics HL and misread a question about gravitational lensing.
I thought it was asking about "gravitational lessening".
So I drew a picture of the earth with a "gravity" switch on.
Then I drew a "next" picture with gravity switch "off".
When describing gravitational lessening, I drew people floating away from earth and superman.
Gravitational lessening = Superman flight.

Agreed. Forming arguments is the basics of philosophy/mathematics, yet most prospective students in those fields do not get any introduction to logical arguments until second year of college. smh Originally Posted by Frog
