It's called "Swatting". There's very many cases of this, in any shape and form. Arguing with neighbour? Swat.
People do this without thinking, and may result in a question of life and death. What's the word, SNAFU? It's bad, but normal.
I've witnessed two live streaming of games with the one streaming being swatted.

I think its hilarious. But it it really is "going too far". Not the first time I have herd about it.
If you ever get mad enough to do this to someone over a video game there is something wrong.Intellectual growth comes from discussions, not arguments. If you are unwilling to change your position and hear the other persons side you are closed minded and wasting your time.
If you can not clearly explain what the other sides reasoning is you can not disagree with their position because you do not understand it.
