Blessed be all Bros who have chosen to follow in Brodin's footsteps. The summer is short and thus your time must be well rationed to maximize your gains. Kind as the Brorse gods are, a pantheon is not complete without a malevolent being. Broki has whispered into the ears of two Bros, corrupting them into skipping certain workouts. These fake Bros seek to minimize gains of themselves and others. As per his Swoliness Brodin's request, the Bros must purge them before their trickery wins out and our heroes miscount their macros.
And then there is the Frog, the odd one. He does not follow Brodin. His aims are not set on ordinary gains, they are set on the title of Mr. Olympia. His goal is to workout as long as he can.
