The Illuminati have been consolidating their power over the world and it would seem their strength is at an all-time high. No enemies, outwith or within, seem able to topple the behemoth that is the shadowy Illuminati council, ruling through the omnipresent UNETCOM peacekeeping forces and their various sattelite companies. Unbeknownst to all, however, a man secretly plots to oust the Illuminati and usher in a new world order, with power concentrated solely in their hands. Can the Illuminati uncover the identity of this interloper and survive, or will one man become ruler of all?
