What is Forum Mafia?

Been looking into it recently. What is it? I already lead shittons of information up on it and it sounds interesting but I still don't know exactly what it is or how to play it. Also, what is this "Vault" thing i keep seeing. Nothing on the forum mafia explains what it is.

there will be a signup thread when signups begin. Other than that, I can't really say.

The current one should be ending very soon, my estimation being 4 to 6 days. The next Forum Mafia, Forum Mafia 14 has yet to be announced. You will be able to sign up in the 'News' section of the forum when the sign up thread is up.
