FM Luna

I think the love stems from how different this FM is compared to all the other FMs. People are having a blast participating in what is essentially a mission of survival for the first three days in order to reach the surface to communicate all the information they have.

This is most certainly not meant to diminish the contribution of previous/future Hosts. Certainly there is a great deal of planning that comes with hosting these FMs and it is most certainly not an easy task. Luna is also getting the love because she's the one hosting the current FM (and I haven't seen an FM with this many people since Yayap's). She definitely deserves it, but so do all the previous hosts.

why so? I thought it was an ingenious way to scale down the amount of players. As it is some vaults have fare more pages than they should and this is only one little group. Not sure it would of been possible to have everyone at once from day one.

anyway we will only know after what the pros and cons were, I can think of several but it's not the time to discuss it.

Regardless of how she did compared to others, I'm simply blown away by what she has done and she happens to be my first (troll food here), and I decided it was worth sharing for those that did not try this mafia forum. I didn't want to take anything away from anyone.

I don't get it where that love suddenly is comming from? It's not like other hosts did nothing. Just Remember FM 10 how much work Yayap had with and he is majorly involved with this FM as well. Sure Yeah Hosts are great. But this Euphoria now for Luna right now is a mistery to me. I don't say its bad, but i just don't understand it. :P

Well, that idea was vorn's originally, though I offered the direction of what is described when I became his cohost. When he disappeared and his slot was given to Cap, I decided to put it on the backburner in case he decided to go through with it at some point in the future.

Seriously though. Luna and Yayap are doing an amazing job and Yayap did a superb job of hosting his FM (even if it wasn't his idea- especially since I can see how unique it was. I never knew his was so different from the typical gameplay until I started playing in others after. Many people pointed out how his got the new people confused in how to play.)

interesting. well at any rate she didn't claim the idea, she simply implemented it. perhaps ideas should be better compiled since I often see ideas being brought back months later and sometimes they went unnoticed or ignored but they catch on the second round. I don't think it was purposely done. I should of made more of a statement of Yayap involvement. The thread also took a turn as they all do here. All I wanted to say was good job, I had no clue what was involved in FM. If Yayap felt that I passed him over, I sincerely apologize.

I think we should also remember my initial message, those who aren't familiar with FM should try a game. It's a lot of work for anyone organizing one and all of the past and present host and co host have been incredibly cleaver in realizing them, hats off. I simply put emphasizes on 13 since it was my first experience and Luna was host. A few months ago, she was unfairly taxed for her promotion to global mod, obviously I,d say she got the short end of the stick.

The idea to divide a game into smaller games that join up as the game progresses was a concept I discussed with vorn as a way to handle his multiple-island mechanic, instead of handling it by distance as he hypothesized in an old suggestion thread back in October. The participants were only semi-isolated though, I'll admit that complete isolation solved some issues I had with the concept.

The rest of what you said doesn't even warrant discussion, because like I said, you're just white knighting.

Yeah I understand what you're saying. I don't know the specifics of who did what, I just know what Yayap is helping Luna. Also, just recently you came up with the idea. So thank you to all who contributed, it's fun so far ^^
