There are about 20 solid roles that are listed on the site so far that Dark hasn't even taken into consideration. There are about 5-6 roles he's working on at the moment and he only planned about 36 total. He's getting very close to that mark and if a new role is going to be added it needs to be A LOT different.

This role is a Mayor/Jailor hybrid that can swing the vote too much. He has the strength of the Jailor in that he can execute anyone he wants. He can't guess wrong. He can use his ability the same day as a lynch. He reveals his role.

It's an overpowered Mayor/Jailor hybrid that just seems unnecessary for the game. We need less roles that are dependent on no one other than yourself and more roles based on putting your trust into another player.
