I have no idea how can you compare him to mayor its like comparing the sheriff to a serial killer. there is a lot of unpopular roles in game, for example
the corner i have never seen him used in any game but he still exist.

I don't understand your hate ^^ maybe say why you do not like the role? you can just not include him in your setup if you think he is totally useless
