I just got kicked by this moron because I've been saying something in chat about someone being mafia and when someone lags I continue the discussion well he decides to kick me even though I am alive and everyone fucking knows who is talking. Can't believe someone so hopelessly clueless got made moderator when something like this is such common sense you have to wonder do people even think before they do things like this? Using lag chat to discuss the game you are currently playing is against the rules.
It does not matter what you said in game. You should not have been doing that with a mod in game.

Any discussion of the game during lag chat is kick-worthy, the problem is that it is impossible for the moderator to confirm or deny the information to the rest of the player base without affecting the course of the game, so even false information is kick worthy. In addition, at the very least you would have had to hit ctrl+v then enter twice in a row during the lag screen in order to continue posting that information, you had more than enough time to realize the lag screen had appeared and cease your spam.

If you would like an official review of this abuse claim please file a report in the reports section and attach the replay, but I can say with fair certainty from the details you've provided that there was no abuse in this case. Explain to me how I could've made the game worse by talking in the lag chat box when a) I am alive b) it is day and c) everyone know's who is talking? Hmm? Yeah it is technically against the rules BUT rules are not perfect and there are plenty of times where even though they are broken the action doesn't carry the possibility of having any negative connotations at all and in fact acting against it has negative consequences. That is where a moderator has to make a logical decision and that is one that he has failed miserably at. You're completely failing to see how what you did fits into the bigger picture.
While you may or may not be right as to this isolated incident causing massive harm to the game or not, the fact of the matter is that the no lag-screen cheat rule is there for a reason. To enforce the rules sometimes means that the rules are useless.
The bottom line is that most of the sc2mafia community realizes that lag screen cheating isn't a smart thing to do even prior to reading the "offcial rules" on the forums. If you had been actively engaging your brain and thinking about more than yourself, this wouldn't have happened. You can't blame creed for enforcing a rule when it's his job to do so.
That's like bitching at a cop for pulling you over when you were speeding even though you're a "good driver" and "no harm came of you speeding." Just because you didn't kill someone on accident on that particular day doesn't mean you won't in the future or that others won't because they see you speeding and getting away with it.

I have you know, we are a great, loving community. But when we see dicks and trolls in here that don't even understand what cheating is. That's when we go rule crazy, explain what you did wrong 5 times, and the person still does not get it. So I suggest you look at the rules and reports and look for what exactly cheating is. If you don't get it, you will learn... the hard way.
