Warmonger (Average Normal Guy) and Napolean (The Investigator) communicated together outside of SC2

From my screen (Myztikal/Bulletproof vest) the Godfather knows that "The Investigator" is mayor ie, tells me not to check him.
Also if you scroll to the end of the game, the continue the game with 3 mafia's and 1 mayor. Game drawn out by Godfather not killing and mayor+mafia voting out other mafia's.

Honestly, these two deserve a ban. They full knew what they were doing, ruined the game and made people wait even though it was GG. If you don't ban them, they're not going to stop.
