    Random Babbling Chat

"Random babbling chat" sounds like it'd be awesome. That way it wouldn't just be a weaker vigilante. The only problem is that people would be able to easily pick out the "random" chat with enough experience.

Perhaps the random babblings could be things that were previously said? For example:
Day 1: Steve says "lol doctor died"
Steve is just pointing out the obvious, harmlessly.
    But then, someone gets poisoned.
Day 5: Jake says "lol doctor died", randomly out of nowhere. It confuses the rest of the people unless they were observant enough to pay attention to EVERYTHING said by EVERYONE. The poison would essentially be taking previously said things, and bringing them forth against the poisoned victim's will. This would ensure that the "random babblings" aren't just preset, easily identifiable things that we would recognize after 3-5 games of Mafia.

Of course, this variant of the role should NOT be town aligned since random confusion is not something the town would benefit from. It would have to be Cult, Mafia, or Neutral.

And when someone named "Nuncio" or some other generic name starts saying "I SELL PROPANE AND PROPANE ACCESSORIES" in a game with someone named Hank Hill, it becomes very obvious what is going on. Random babbling chat = bad idea.

What does this add to gameplay? Confusion? Spam in chatbox? There's already more than enough of those two elements. What new dimension does random babble give to the game?

For that matter, how many times have you lynched some spammer named Rebecca Black just because they wouldn't stop all-caps typing the lyrics to Friday?

I personally don't like incessant spam, and that's all that this would add. I would definitely HATE to get that role. And if you say something ONCE that has already been said, what's to stop you from being like "sry poisoned" right after saying it?

Inability to vote is a better idea for a poison, but still not a good role on its own.

Also, dying after 3 days automatically makes it too OP, especially for a Mafia-aligned role. You get to RUIN chat by filling it with spam, making it VERY difficult for town to talk, and THEN kill the townie you originally targeted? So Mafia gets 3 days of chaos, plus a kill... Seems incredibly overpowered and annoying.
