The report you made will definitely be investigated on our end and I appreciate the help in getting this information forwarded over to us. It can be more than a bit frustrating to deal with inappropriate behavior like this when most players just want to have a good time within the game.
I cannot give out any details regarding the exact action taken, but I can expand a bit on what will be done on our end.
If the violation is verified we will be contacting the account owner to let them know such behavior is unacceptable and they will receive an appropriate penalty to their account. Keep in mind this is not always a boot from the game.
Depending on the account history and severity of the violation in can range anywhere from a warning to stop the behavior, to game suspension and in extreme cases, a full blown closure. Also, remember that repeating these behaviors after the fact can yield additional actions on our end, so please report any additional violations you may come across.
