In Germany a few years ago, a man was convicted of murder because he read a classified ad, where a guy wanted to be killed and cannibalized. So he obliged, killed him, ate him - completed a legit transaction. But the courts did not see it this way, and he went away for a long time.

Perhaps it was drug-related, though. They did say the victim SURVIVED! He's in hospital right now and will never have a recognizable face ever again.
