Is this active? How does this work exactly? I've read all about it... it's still a bit unclear to me. Is it through SC2? Does the game take place entirely through mics? How many per game (and how many have been in a teamspeak game before max? at least 12?)? Has it gotten at all popular or less difficult to organize?

I'm interested in doing it, since I'm still on kickvote on America since mods seem to suck at their job. Heck, if it's fun and popular, I'll play it all the time even after my status is back to normal.

I'm relatively sure that it's just a general chat room for people in the community, as opposed to a Mafia game. You should try joining one of the Forum Mafia games while you're waiting for the update, or perhaps playing Epic Mafia until the KV expires.

Alternatively, if you join the Mafia chat channel and wait until a few mods are on, we can play with you and encourage people not to kick.

I don't see how it hasn't expired. But that's not what this is about, someday, I'll play again. Besides, it's apparently players I used to play with constantly (Landstander and Ambient) who put me in this position. I'm pretty sure this all has to do with peanut butter and jelly anyways, so eh. I aint never saw none "theme is landstander" or "theme is ambient" mafer b4. ez jelly~

DR is swamped with life right now, and is also working to code in new roles into the next update. Because of that, the updates have been coming out slower. He's working hard to get the next update out, and you will probably be off KV after that (assuming you haven't had any other Approved reports against you).

The point/benefit is the community. People like to talk and have fun and socialize. I'm sure Menautor would be open to the idea of a Teamspeak Mafia game, and you can talk to him about it. But I'm pretty sure the point is just to talk and have fun (e.g. the point of "General Discussion" on these forums).

Also, the Skype chat for Mafia is a lot more active than Teamspeak, as far as I can tell.

I haven't even played a game since the day it happened. I joined a few a couple days ago after installing Starcraft 2 on my new PC, but after each game full of randoms spamming -kick, I gave up and have no interest in trying again until this is over with.
