The State police are trying to discover the identity of the mafia, but they could be anyone, even their very best friend.
There are also some loners, who are looking out only for themselves.

The best thing we can do is kill him tonight so that there will be a greater percentage of people that town might mislynch and they will be more likely to lynch the ravager.

I thought that was a little high, so I claimed citizen to reduce my chance of dying
or maybe I thought it was a little low, so I claimed citizen to make people think I'm a PR so I have a better chance of dying.
