Summary: The first noticeable incident is the lynch of the mayor. At 8:19, the mayor was placed on trial and revealed himself. The only individuals that voted guilty were those listed in this report. Necessary screen shot attached.

Going backwards a little bit, adoom (sheriff) checks Dr. Light at 6:15, but never says anything. At 11:44, Reaver accuses Dr. Light of being a "MAGIARIO," and places him on stand and lynches him. Reaver never checked Dr. Light and no PM's were placed during the game.

Blue was outted as the SK during Dr. Lights death. Neither one of the sheriff's checked Emerson even thought the consig pointed him out. They proceeded to lynch the Arson (who was innocent to the sheriff) and Dr. Dark (who was also innocent). While the arson was lucky, there was no reason to lynch Dr. Dark at the end of the game knowing the SK was still out there.

I believe, at least, the 5 listed are guilty of game throwing (or at least griefing for lynching the known mayor). adoom and Reaver are guilty of communication outside of the game client. There may possibly be another involved, SPARKS, but since he died so early, there is no evidence of him cheating or breaking the rules.
