Summary:
They admitted it in the game lobby as well, though I assumed they were just trolling at the time and did not take a screenshot. They rather clearly conspired to guarantee that railofone won as the arsonist, given the suicide and the fact that I was doused twice in a row. I previously played a game with railofone in it where I suspected he might be skyping, but there was not enough evidence to warrant submitting a report.

Edit: it would seem I wrote in the IDs wrong. I've corrected them in the body, but I cannot change the title. Could the first mod to view this fix that for me?

The hotkeys are out of order..but the player list shows them adjacent. That's really strange.

Summary:
They never oppose eachother, and naruto shoots at least one credible town member. In addition, the arsonist never douses the vigilante and instead allows him to suicide. That added to their admission at the end is more than enough evidence.
