The main reason is that the mafia would probably sooner kill a talkative benign neutral and let a whole boatload of lurkers live. And if I take a town role I can't with with a boatload of lurkers who aren't paying attention either.

Hey all, sorry it took me so long to post, been working double shifts... and as it is right now it's 3:07 am I'm at work trying to navigate my way though the pages of nonsensery... I'm not really familiar with the DD or how his actions work... so they can make it seem like you were bussed or something... do you get roleblocked or do you see the intentional person you were investigating and think it was a different target because of bd? ... these friggin FM's are so intricate, so many things to take into account :-/ ... like heck I don't even know how to factor a soul thief into this whole equation... I figure jus sit back hope I don't get killed and help out when I can... considering no one is really claiming real roles so they can stay alive or so they don't seem to scummy... I'm a pumpkin? ... or if I have a lead should I lay it on the table?

Because for the moment here is my train of thought.

1. Luna claimed Veteran. This turned out to be a lie, but we had no way of knowing that at the time.
2. The busdriver targeted both Clem and Luna, assuming both are telling, otherwise they're both telling the same lie or one was DD'd the other is lying. Any of those three scenarios is equally plausible at this point I suppose. I'm choosing to assume they are being truthful for the moment, rather than lying together.
3. Assuming that the two above are telling the truth, I find it highly unlikely the BD would have tested Luna's vet claim on night 1 like that, so he was likely witched.
4. If the BD was witched, the mafia already knows who he is.
5. Rocshi claims witched, but then refused to give a simple yes/no as to whether he is the BD. Despite the fact that if he is, the mafia already knows it so it can't hurt him to admit it. If he isn't simply sayign so will not force a different roleclaim on him. Refusing this answer is only hurtful to the town because...
-If he admits to being the BD, we can then assume that Clem and Luna are being truthful.
-If he isn't BD then we can assume that one or both of them is lying, or we have a BD that makes very odd busing choices. Either way, we glean some sort of information.
6. So given all that above, I find his lack of any helpful information other than a questionable witch claim to be scummy. I'm not calling for his lynch or anything at this point, as I'd prefer to wait and see. But assuming all the above is correct, I'm going to disbelieve his witched claim for now.

If there is some sort of fault in my logic, and a freely admit that some of it is based on gut feeling and assumption regarding Luna and Clem's trustworthiness, please do point it out.

Hmm. Thinking on it, there is a way this issue could be easily solved. If Rocshi isn't the BD and/or is lying about being witched, the real witched BD can come forward and say so. *shrug*

Hi guys, I'm going to be gone for most of today, but I thought I'd just pop in here before I leave to check up on things. Seems like we've just got 1KPN going, so we can confirm no serial killer.
