I know, I double-posted today. This is better than the last one. I was thinking about a story that happened last year that the CBC covered. It was about a lesbian couple that was allegedly harassed by a stand-up comedian at a restaurant (I'm sure they heckled him first). They took it to the one place they knew would bend over for them: the B.C Human Rights Tribunal. They said "These poor sensitive women's feelings were hurt, so we have to take an entire year's salary from you." I'm sure the judge was a woman.
I guess thinking about that story made me think, that if lesbians, or women in general, want equal treatment to men, they have to drop the rule that "you can never hit a woman back." Personally, I think this comedian should have appealed, had the conviction overturned, and then been awarded a chance to punch her in the face, breaking her nose.
I just read up on if there exists a law that says women can't be hit, and there doesn't exist one. However, police employ "impact factors", such as the woman's size, strength, frame, etc. It's not just with assault, women are given less physically-demanding standards elsewhere as well. For example, in the military, the MINIMUM required amount of pushups you have to be able to do as a woman, is less than a man has to do.
I also factor in the fact that when me and my sister were kids, I was the boy and I was made to do all the physically-demanding chores, despite the fact that, at the time, my sister was physically stronger than me. But it would have been a horrific sight to see a GIRL pushing a lawnmower on the front lawn, wouldn't it?

I should emphasize: I adore girls. My heart falls for a pretty girl. But as soon as one turns into a bitch, 10% of my brain wants to smack her. But 90% of it has been trained well throughout school and life, to believe that a real man doesn't hit a woman. Now, I know the rule is, a real man doesn't hit a woman FIRST!
I've heard different rules, that a woman has to hit you 10 times before you can hit her once.
However, under Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law, we haven't had a case where a male has fatally shot a female who was attacking him.
OH SHIT, NO I DIDN'T! Imagine a woman judge faced with a man who was being repeatedly pounded by some crazy bitch, and he decides "Fuck this", and puts a bullet in her face? I don't think any Florida man is brave enough to test that scenario, as "Stand Your Ground" has been proven to be racist (if you're black and you pull the trigger, you go to jail). I wonder if "Stand Your Ground" is also sexist? We'll find out soon, I'm sure.
I believe in the "she must hit you first" rule, but if she punched me in the face, I would shove her as hard as I could, preferably into a car or a wall. Bitches need to be subdued. Witnesses are important.
So I guess the lesson is: there is no law, as long as you don't pummel her. Women seem to want equal (or superior) rights, except when it comes to defending yourself. They want an immunity agreement that says they may pound on anyone they want.
What do you guys think?
