Why am I always ignored on FMs when I type /sign or /reserve

So I typed /reserve before many players on FM, yet I was ignored.
WHY IS THIS?! I AM UNBANNED AND DESERVE TO BE PUT ON FORUM MAFIA.
Maybe Archangel deserves a chance to get the Respected emblem, or maybe I just wanna play FM for fun.
