(BD + Doc) vs (Gf + Bm) who wins?

Just ended a game where there was a Doctor and a Bus Driver - Doc healed Bus Driver, Bus driver switched roles with doc and mobster.

The Godfather and Blackmailer couldnt kill because otherwise they would lose.

2x2 no one could vote during day.

3 days passed and... MAFIA WON!

Is this what was supossed to happen?

Mafia is meant to win if they control at least 50% of the town. Not sure what u could of done, but I dont think it's a bug

To add to the above: the role composition of the two sides is irrelevant when determining the winner of a tie. Illogical, yes, but far easier to program.
