Anyone can become keeper, but there are a few things that can make you more likely to get it:

1) Give Rev lots of money
2) Suck up to one of the moderators or Rev.
3) Sound smart by writing essays about why you love the game and why you want to contribute to the comunity(even if you don't really intend to)
4) Say you work for Bioware

Whatever you do, DO NOT insult any of the moderators EVER even if they are awful at their job. It'll get you demoted immediately.

OR you could just not waste your time with the management because it's essentially a malignant tumor on the face of humanity.
