answer is: you can't handle it, unless the witch wasn't the one who did it and the mafioso /suicided to gamethrow. could be that he gave up the consig in his last will.

If you are Disguiser and you disguise as cult, the cult still thinks the person is still alive, you appear on the list of people and everything. But on your screen, you just see you and fellow mafia. You are still mafia.

setup is - Jailor has 1 night kill remaining. Mayor counts as 4 votes

Jailor jails and executes the Mayor
