Some of you may think this is a troll thread. It is NOT. DarkRevenant and Amkira does not want to give FalseTruth another chance. And this is why I'm making a SERIOUS Petition on convincing DarkRevenant/other staff moderators to promote Falsetruth into a moderator position.

This isn't fair because FalseTruth had to withstand the hatred, fury, and jealous of Akira when he got demoted (And before that, too). Akira doesn't bother apologizes and has bad manners and tries to be as badass and strict as the JackOfSpades. But Jack is number one in being strict, and FalseTruth is number one in being the coolest. Do you see FalseTruth Q.Qing or putting effort? Nope, he is as noble as he can be right now, and this is why I'm putting my OWN effort into defending him.

I know I've done some trolling here and there, but I honestly think that Falsetruth did a good job moderating my posts. He let me know when I did something wrong and advised me on better posting strategems AND directed me to rules so that I could avoid future moderation against me. His demeanor and moderation history showed me that he had a solid understanding on the difference between a joke and abusive/harmful posts.

Please people, don't turn this thread into a moderation bash or a "mods are scumbags" circlejerk. We want to show DR that when we (the community) feel strongly about something that we will stand up for it and try our hardest to see it fixed.

lol Ash, you don't have to do this. I'm perfectly fine as is. It's a bit of relief not having to put up with insults when I feel some people shouldn't be banned.

I just voiced my opinions about Akira publicly and that wasn't allowed. The only real problem I have is that Akira also made the same mistake I did, but was not demoted.

It is the height of hypocrisy, but DR can do what he wants. To be perfectly honest, firing me is more of a loss to DR than it is to me.

Let's say it's a strike against corruption and hypocrisy, shall we?

to gingerape: akira has a personal dislike towards false. false demoted akira and a few days later, akira lost his moderatorship. akira got it back yesterday or 2 days ago, but resulted in falsetruth losing his moderatorship.

According to Amkira he was around since Mafia of warcraft, but I didn't see him in SC2 until August or so. But either way, this petition is not about demoting Akira, but it's about promoting FalseTruth back.

All joking aside, I like FalseTruth, and he tries to get along with the community. Sure he's antagonistic, and a tad arrogant, but at least he took the time to share with the community and put himself out there. Akira is, from what I've heard and seen, a rude social outcast who insults pretty much every single person in the community except for DR and Ambient. He is beyond antagonistic and does not provide any sense of community building that False did. If this is a one or the other type deal, FalseTruth is an actual moderator. Akira is a corrupt figurehead who does not know the community, and shouldn't even be a moderator as it is.
