Since we're all cool, especially me, cool people watch Game of Thrones. I was introduced to it during Season 1, but had never read the books. The books ARE more detailed and "show" a lot more in your mind, but the show is drawn from the skills and minds of the author and costume/special effect artists.

Now, Season 2 ("A Clash of Kings") is out. It's pretty fucking awesome as usual

My observations:

1) MMMM Theon fingering that chick on horseback, that was fucking hot, until she revealed she's his sister LOL!!!

2) Littlefinger watching a guy jerk off through a peephole, and that guy is being blown while looking through a peephole, watching a woman fucking a dude.

3) I know George R.R Martin wants to portray a world that is cruel and unforgiving, but I think Jon Snow should have rallied his Night's Watchmen and killed Craster, said "The Gods will understand!" and take the girls as wives instead lol.

4) I want to see Arya slay some more people with Needle for once, I read about it in the book. I have the first 4 books.

I want this to become a long thread. This is a good topic. I need to re-read A Clash of Kings, because I kept skipping character-chapters and saying "I want to read more about this one!" Bad idea lol.

Very nice. I watched the second episode this morning. Theon definitely got trolled in the worst way by his sister and father. "Dad, give me the fleet! I'll go burn shit!" "Nah, I'm gonna give it to your sister instead." "What sister?" "Well, remember that chick you were groping this morning...?"

I'm still not sure what's up with the dragon lady, or the crazy nympho redhead, but it looks like things are going to get interesting really fast.

Also, I've never wanted to see a kid get their ass kicked as badly as I do with Geoffrey.

The redhead is Mellisandre, and she's a priestess of Rhy'llor (I think that's how it's spelled). Like I said, I need to re-read the book because I didn't pay attention to the Stannis parts. That's a big mistake, skipping parts.

When it comes to Joffrey, I've read the spoilers and won't reveal them. But they didn't really spoil it for me, as knowing what happens isn't the same as reading the dialogue and description that comes with it.

They made a lot of changes from the books. Daenarys is supposed to be 12, but would they be okay with a 12-year old actress being fucked hard by Jason Momoa? Also Robb's supposed to be 14, and Jon 15 I think.

But they didn't depart too hard from the book series.

The thing I love best about the series is, ANYONE can fuck whores! It's not frowned upon to fuck whores, and even Lord Baelish owns a whorehouse. It seems the Gods want people to fuck freely, but I haven't read much into the religion of the land.

If we're still alive by 2020, there'll be a Game of Thrones MMO.
