New Options for existing roles

2. Option for spy to hear jailor and jailed inmate
3. Option for citizens to have 2 vests

Bus driver that can switch himself? Good idea, it could be a additional option like witch yes.

Spy can hear jailor? Perhaps a additional option too But I dont rly like it.
