Re: Board Meeting Three: The Investigation Continues...

So this will probably be my only post for the next ~8 hours due to IRL things.

    We need to lynch today.

My scumlist right now is, in order of scumminess:

    Ryze
    Gangplank
Lee Sin (jailed doesn't make him innocent, you know)
    Rammus

I am 99% certain that Jarvan is a really bad jester.

Anyway, I will confirm that there is in fact an Animus Swapper in the game, as I was swapped Night 1. Don't know who with, or if it affected anything, and there are no notes as in FMX.

I would like to see Ryze or Ganglplank lynched today.

    -vote Gangplank

Picking him because the town will actually vote this one.

Gangplank notices that you refuse to respond to our questions on your claim that Graves is not a citizen.

You shouldn't be accusing Lux in such a situation. Your words are only misdirecting the town.

That sounds pretty stupid which is why I want to know your com name. Otherwise it sounds more like you were setting up for a claim like Fyodor did in FM XI by "padlocking" a statement only an inves would make.

In FM 9 I claimed investigator as a detective and Fyodor (COM name Claw) made a post saying:

Alexei is falling on her own so there's no need for me to prove that this is wrong by role claiming, but for now I'll just leave this message PAD locked here for future reference.
He then claimed investigator later in the game when he was mafia.

Similar to what you did by leaving clues to your role before you claimed. I think saying Graves is a cit is stupid because mafia might think you are a PR and you are helping them by narrowing down the possible PRs by saying someone is a cit. An investigator would worry about doing this but mafia who are only interested in strengthening their role claim wouldn't.

Can you tell me your normal account name so I can see where you are coming from and it will help my analysis of you?

WHY THE PRESSURE ON UDYR WAS STOPPED IS A MYSTERY.

    HIS NIGHTLY ACTIVITY REMAINS UNEXPLAINED.

HE NEEDED TIME TO TAKE NOTES DURING TODAY'S BOARD MEETING.

THEN WHAT WAS HE DOING DURING THE ANIMUS SESSIONS IF NOT TAKING NOTES?

WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED IF HIS SUSPECTS LIST WAS COMPRISED OF BA'KU AND NEUTRAL TROLLS.

    EASY PICKINGS.

IRELIA'S JAILED CLAIM APPEARED THE MOST FABRICATED ON BOARD MEETING TWO.

UDYR REFERS TO IT AS A JAILOR CLAIM AND CONSIDERS NON-BELIEVERS TO BE A THREAT.

    STRANGE.

UDYR REFERS TO FIDDLESTICKS AS THE MOST PRO-TOWN PLAYER ON BOARD MEETING TWO.

FIDDLESTICKS WAS TOO EAGER TO DISCUSS JARVAN AND TRIED TOO HARD TO APPEAR USEFUL.

ALMOST LIKE HE HAD ULTERIOR MOTIVES.

AND HE WASN'T USEFUL IN ANY WAY.

HIS REASON FOR UNVOTING WAS DUBIOUS AT BEST.

Fizz makes a stronger defense for Jarvan than Jarvan himself. Could be mafia stepping in to save his buddy, or it could just be someone trying to protect a really shitty citizen. I'm not sure which it is yet, but I'll -unvote for now.

UNVOTE BECAUSE SOMEONE HE DOESN'T TRUST DEFENDS HIS TARGET.

    HE THEN DISAPPEARED.

SLIPPING AWAY INTO OBSCURITY AS PREDICTED.

HAVING DONE HIS PART OF PRETENDING USEFULNESS FOR THE DAY.

HIS EXPLANATION FOR MISTAKING IRELIA FOR LUX WAS THAT THEY WERE PRACTICALLY THE SAME PERSON TO HIM.

    REALLY?

I COULD SEE AN EXPLANATION BUT THAT WASN'T IT.

FROM WHAT THE SON'A HAVE SEEN LUX OR IRELIA IS THE ASSASSIN IN THE PARTY OF FOUR.

LUX HAS DISPLAYED MUCH STRANGE BEHAVIOR BOTH BOARD MEETINGS BUT HAS ELUDED ATTENTION.

OUR VERDICT IS THAT FIDDLESTICKS UDYR AND LUX HAVE THE HIGHEST PROBABILITY OF BEING ASSASSINS.

    OUR VOTE STAYS.

UDYR KNOWS MORE THAN HE IS WILLING TO SHARE AND IS THE ONLY ASSASSIN WHO MIGHT GET LYNCHED BY THE END OF THIS MEETING.

Your case against me is pathetic. I have something called a phone, which I use to check the posts and quickly skim through them to ensure that I know the gist of what is going on. Obviously, I would find some way to get internet if I was being accused, as is the case now.

Regardless, I no longer think Sona is suspicious. I have thoroughly read Day 2 and I am convinced that Sona is taking too many risks that a mafia member would never take.

For now, I believe Jarvan to be the serial killer, so I will support his lynch.
    -vote Jarvan

Reading day 2 in detail has lead me to suspect Zilean and Ryze to a much greater extent than I had previously thought. I also find Katarina to be less scummy than I previously thought.

I would be willing to support a lynch on:
    Ryze
    Soraka
    Zilean
    Jarvan

If you think I am still somehow scummy please state adequate reasons instead of saying it was because I was inactive. I truly do not believe the people accusing me are mafia, they are just desperate to lynch someone, anyone, even if it is a terrible choice. Right now, I happen to be the one with the greatest amount of votes, so it is understandable that people will want to lynch me. I urge you to reconsider. The evidence presented on me is insubstantial at best, but I would be willing to answer any legitimate questions you have for me.

I think you're thinking far too much into this Kromos. you yourself said this game would be training for the sleuth role, with the mafia reading and erasing last wills why shouldn't an investigator make that kind of observation? even though i was the subject i didn't think much of it at first - it was just an innocuous comment.

Riven claims that the consig targeted me. this would probably indicate that no one else from the mafia targeted me. Alistar revealed some information without a role-claim during day 1. he wouldn't have had anyone from the mafia sending him codes nor a night chat giving him the result (because the consig did not get a chance to relay anything back to the mafia).

in short Alistar was pressured to role-claim and labelled as scummy by many many people. he role-claimed. people have been tearing his claim apart - everyone has been trying to find holes in it while MUCH scummier people walk away free.

Erudito can't erase last wills. He just reads them and won't get much from them when every cit should be putting fake night actions in their last wills as well. My playstyle is to go down one line of questioning and pressure until I am satisfied that that person is town. I am not yet satisfied that Alistar is town and Alistar could be very dangerous if you put complete trust into him. He still won't claim his com name which I find very suspicious as he may well be hiding how experienced he is and I don't think an experienced player would do what he did as town.

The case against Udyr is this:

Udyr says he was out of town and has only read up to the start of day 2.
Udyr was spotted on the FM XI forum during both night 1 and 2.
He says he hadn't read day chat so he must have been on at night for some over reason, i.e. a night chat.

That's a pretty good case and better than most we have at the moment.

We need to choose a target to lynch, a lynch on a scummy target will provide much information that will generate impetus for investigations and future leads.

Generally, everyone agrees Ryze is scummy. He has barely posted, his first real analytic post had multiple fallacies, and he has relapsed into lurking.

I suggest a pressure that will either lynch or force a claim

This is what will lead to a no lynch. Ryze currently has 2 votes which shows almost everyone would rather lynch someone else. The only 2 options we have is Jarvan and Udyr and I would rather have Jarvan killed at night. Stop trying to split the vote so we can't lynch anyone, especially with so many lurkers not voting.

I say we shovel the votes onto Jarvan or Udyr who are the most likely to be lynched. if we consolidate the votes from Alistar and either Jarvan or Udyr onto one person then we're in a much better position.

personally i think Jarvan is a better target than Udyr. I think he is playing the overtly jestery type in order to be written off - no one expects anything from him and expects him to be a jester. If he is a town role he is causing too much confusion even as a smokescreen. i think it more likely he is an assassin. Udyr is still under pressure to provide some decent contributions while jarvan seems to have scope to just insult us.

this is at least a good test of whether we have a vigilante or not. i would be happy to see Jarvan shot at night though the vigi may have to come out and say he hit the godfather.

This is a scenario which is now playing out in my head.

Jarvan is the GF. he claims Citizen to the town jailer. he has his outburst in day chat, claiming Citizen but being rude and coming up with clues and information we believe to be fabricated. he then begins the whole *I don't care if u guys lynch me lolol i'm a cit*. To many he looks like a jester, to some he looks like a citizen just gone mental. if he's lucky a few people might believe he is a town PR putting on a facade. he's thinking "if an investigator checks me i'll come up as Cit/Jester/Godfather" and we'll be more inclined to believe the first two results.

but if it will help i will jump on the Udyr wagon. i simply want so many other people lynched above him but i don't have any problem lynching him per se.

It's not my fault if you people are too retarded to understand my argument.

I never said that Fizz's jailor both doesn't exist and seems town-alligned. I said that they don't seem to have too much reason to believe that their jailor is scummy, yet they seem to push it so persistently and desperately. If you can't understand that, then I'm sorry, but you're stupid.

I never lied about my online activities, my friend. I have nothing to hide, so I remained visible instead of choosing invisible mode. I constantly checked my phone while I was out of town on Saturday to make sure I wasn't being lynched. That was why you saw me online.

My COM name is irrelevant and should not be used for scumhunting. I may, however, roleclaim because it will prevent a foolhardy lynch from occuring. I will have to weigh the pros and cons of such a decision, so I will need some time to decide.

Re: Board Meeting Three: The Investigation Continues...

    Spoiler : My Role :

    Night 1: //codecheck Veigar
FM Game Master: "Your Target's Animus appears to be highly Synchronized. They may be a Session Logger (Journalist), but may also be an Amnesiac, or Student. "

    Night 2: //codecheck Ryze
FM Game Master: "Your Target's Animus appears to be involved primariliry in desynchronizations. They may be an Animus Desynchronizer (Vigilante) or Animus Supervisor (Jailor), but he may also be Lucy Stillman (Assassin-aligned Jailor), or Mafioso."

My night 1 check was completely random. My night 2 check was based on a hasty run through of the thread right after I returned home after being out of town.

Take it as you will, but be sure to look over Ryze's posts and interrogate him further. To me, he is Lucy Stillman beyond all reasonable doubt.

Re: Board Meeting Three: The Investigation Continues...

Well. It appears to me that Ryze should nonetheless be shot.

If he is jailor, he has played a terrible jailor and is completely retarded.

We should wait on a claim on him, but as I said, I don't think anyone will be lynched today.

Not sure what I think of your role claim considering Alistar also claimed invest, but going to have to wait on Veigar. TBH, if Veigar is ANY of those roles, then he should claim immediately (and either apprentice or become town) because Mafia is pretty hard screwed at this point, and it instantly validates your claim Udyr.

As I said, it now appears as if Ryze should be shot anyway.

So be it. Zilean voting jarvan proves it must be a bad idea, anyway.
Maybe we're lucky and he's more than a disinterested cit.

Now this is really something out of picture. Why is everyone voting Udyr again? Who started that stupid lynch train on him? I told you already that there are more scummy people on the look, like Shaco, Jarvan, or Ryze.
Just look, even Jarvan himself is voting against Udyr. Don't you find it suspicious?

Lynching Udyr seems to be completely pointless from what I've read.

Good morning folks, it's 8:45 AM and I come to a load of bullshit.
