This is a clear cut case.

Overwhelmingly clear cut case of gamethrowing here. There isn't even confirmed cult in the setup, he constantly spams it, he dies so he proves there is cult in the game, he leaves a last will reaffirming who the Cult are and their recruit target. There is no possible gain from this - his only intent was to grief because he was annoyed he got culted.

A shame, because it would have been hilarious to see Cow, Cow and Duck being the Cultists.

It's also a shame that the offender Toal got credit for winning as a Detective.
