I understand that 90% of these forums are sheeple that will believe basically anything they read, but let me try and clear something up for you. These statistics are just educated guesses, you won't actually live longer by eating peanuts, eating red meats, or drinking wine. It's just fictional studies to give your barber something to talk about while your getting your haircut.

It's actually a study a guy did over 28 years with, I think it was, 128,000 people that he was observing and came to these results.
