This is a thread to discuss the latest episode of The Walking Dead. If you have no seen this episode then please do not continue reading as there will be many spoilers.

I just started watching The Walking Dead after seeing it on Netflix. I have since caught up and will agree with the majority that it's a great show.

These past two episodes, however have been extremely huge. I thought Dale died to build up the tension that anyone could die at any time. Now that they've killed off Shane too I'm starting to think they will take this show wherever they want. They realized that hunting for Sophia was boring and pointless(Even if it made Darryl look somewhat human) that they are going in an entirely new direction.

I haven't read the comics and I don't plan to because I want this to be interesting and new and not "Well the comics did it better"

I know from reading other discussions that apparently a jail is the next setting, but I don't know anything about it other than that. Glenn and Darryl need to stay the fuck alive though because they are by far my favorite two "main" characters. I assume that in the next few episodes we will see the horde slowly take over the farm and they move out to happen upon this jail which will take us to the next season. I suspect half of Hershel's family getting killed by the horde and Herschel himself either committing suicide or "sacrificing himself" for the good of the group. One more person from Rick's group might die soon too, but after already losing Shane and Dale I don't know if they can afford it.

Discuss and be sure to check out the other threads I'm making for some more TV shows that aired this past week.
