You want something to wake you up? Have soda instead. You will get caffeine and sugar. Or you could have a monster I hear those are good.

When I gave up soda, I had like triple the amount of energy I normally had it felt like. Soda is good, but energy is addictive

I agree, I don't drink energy drinks often if I do. I used to a lot because I worked till 5-6 in the morning from 5-6 at night the night before, so I would need a lot of energy for that. Sometimes I would drink 3 Monsters in a 4 hour time span, haha I figure if it is going to be bad for me, at least have some kind of benefit like the energy. Although, I have a relatively new found love for coffee

I am a very big guy, 6'2" 220 lbs, I have never really been affected by Energy drinks unless I take a lot of them.
