Hi guys, as i said in my other thread, i use a lot the "executioner" strategy:

This morning I played a game and I was doc, I accused a guy for being framed or being a framer. We lynched him... he was disguiser. (If you read my thread about this strategy, its completelly random lynching).

In the lynch of the disguiser there were 2 guys who didn't vote for trial the disguiser. Im not talking about abstained/inno/guilty votes, im talking about people who didnt press the "vote" button. Those are more suspicious actually.

Same night I was blackmailed, I communicate them that i was blackmailed (in EU servers we do this by voting everyone), then i spammed votes over one of the guys who didnt vote the disguiser to trial, I was sure one of them were mafias.

We lynched him and he was blackmailer...

Town won the game later, and some people accused me of being a cheater cuz there was no way i could know they were mafias, 3 players said they are going to report me for being a cheater (Angelfist, Blackrock, Freezinghell).

They said i was a cheater in the Mafia chat, i tried to convince them and tell them to watch replay, they say they did it and they are going to post the screenshots... well i told them not to bother... i just do it for them...

Sometimes the trick doesnt work and people just call you noob, last night i did the same thing as doc and i didnt get anyone lynched, so jailor decided to jail me and execute me..., it was cuz my accusation was too obvious: "IM sheriff, this guy mafia", nobody believed me... xD, they called me noob that game, but, what the hell, most times works like this time... but this time they call me cheater, so WHAT THE FUCK!!?!?!?

They wanted your opinion and me too...

I don't know about the random lynch part, but accusingPerson's X, Y, and Z because they didn't vote someone up the the stand has won me multiple games. A mafia member was found on the first day, I was Jester but I just sometimes enjoy the hunt for Mafia members, 5 people didn't vote up the mafia. I said after he got lynched, "These 5 people did not vote him to trial." I also put it in my last will, and put that mafia is retarded for wasting their little time left on killing a Jester. So much laughing ensued, especially when someone found another one of the mafia members that night.

The random lynch part is all about creating the image of an executioner, its where u try to act as an executioner so mafia, town, neutrals... dont target you, if u sucessfully kill somebody, u can survive longer. I had luck and i lynched this time a mafia, so when this happens, i just say im investigator and claims for heals...

Right, checking the votes is one of the most powerful things. It gave me a lot of victories as well.

I like this strategy as mafia or a neutral but I don't really agree with random lynching when you are town.

I can generalize this: Mafia isn't a game about playing fair. Mafia is a game based on many variables, including random actions, trusting and not trusting people, lies and truth, and intuition. I always use the example of jailor because it's the one role people want weakened the most, but it's impossible: jailor will always be jailor. Whether you're executing someone based on intelligence or trolling, it's still a game based on lies.

How am I supposed to believe he's actually sheriff? People will say anything to get off the hook, I do it all the time.

Bottom line: some people just don't want to play fair, and understand that this is a game of varied roles. They want DR to unbalance the game.

Claiming sheriff D1/2 and saying someone is an anti-town role is a really bad idea, since you'll often be ignored or worse executed by the jailor or killed by a vigilante because most people will automatically assume you're just an executioner. Assuming there isn't a janitor or disguiser, what you find will still be heard after you're killed (assuming last wills are enabled, which they always should), so don't say what you find unless the town really needs that information or you're already exposed as a sheriff. This is also a bad idea for an executioner.

It really gets on my nerves when people just assume you're cheating when you get a luck streak or you're just good at mafia. I've been accused of cheating a couple of times, but have never cheated once.
